Our Policies
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on product type and quantity. Shipments for new customers are scheduled after shipment video approval.
- Shipping & Delivery: All orders are shipped from our Free Zone warehouse in Karachi, Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 5–15 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are to the product costs.
- Customs & Duties: Customers are fully responsible for customs charges, import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.
- Additional Terms: A valid contact number is required for customs and delivery. Signature may be required upon delivery. Failed or uncollected deliveries may be returned and re-shipped at the customer’s cost.
- Eligibility & Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted only in rare and limited cases, within 14 days of delivery, as shipment videos are shared and approved before dispatch.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags, labels, invoice, and any included samples or materials.
- Returns, Exchanges & Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For exchanges, customers must also cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 20 working days after the returned items are received and inspected.
- Important Notes: Orders may include up to 40% Grade B or modern stock. As a wholesaler, consumer retail protection laws do not apply. Customized or personalized orders are non-returnable.
- Pre-Owned Nature: All products are vintage or pre-owned, meaning minor signs of wear, marks, or imperfections may be present. Washing before resale or use is strongly recommended.
- Quality Grading System: Every product is sold with a clearly defined grade (A or B). Due to manual sorting, a grading variance of up to 5% may occur, which is standard in bulk vintage trade.
- Grade Definitions:
Grade A: Minimal wear, no major damage, retail-ready after wash.
Grade B: Moderate wear, small washable stains, minor defects, or missing buttons/labels.
Grade C: Heavier wear or stains, still wearable but lower resale value. - Mixed Grades: Bundles may contain a mix of grades (e.g., A & B). This will always be disclosed in the product description before purchase.
- Authenticity Disclaimer: We do not intentionally sell counterfeit items, but authenticity is not guaranteed due to bulk sourcing. Buyers are encouraged to request additional photos/videos before ordering. If authenticity is explicitly guaranteed and proven otherwise, buyer protection applies.
